Southwell Leisure Centre Trust – Leisure Centre Trustees and Advisory Group Members

As a result of recent and future changes in the oversight of Southwell Leisure Centre, the Board of Trustees seeks expressions of interest from people who would like to be considered for appointment as a Trustee or to join a new Leisure Centre Advisory Group. There are many tasks to be completed, which the current 4 Trustees will not be able to carry out by themselves and assistance would be gratefully received.

We are seeking applicants with a range of skills and experience and people who are

committed, enthusiastic and have stamina. We are keen to recruit a diverse range of people,

who represent all sections of our community. We are particularly keen to receive applications

from people who are in the following categories:

• People with disabilities, their close relatives/significant others and/or those with professional experience in supporting people with disabilities

• Younger people

• People with Fundraising experience

• People with Computer Technology skills

• People with Legal experience and qualifications

• People with Accountancy skills

• People with Engineering experience

• People with experience of Community Action Groups
